Shawn Michael “Buppy” Riffle, age 4, of 105-B Pryor Cobb Rd., Cobb, died at his residence Monday, May 14, 2012. A native of Johnstown, PA., he was born November 19, 2007 the son of Lorne and Cathy Arnold Riffle. He was an amazing, fun loving little boy who loved everyone.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, May 17, 2012, at 1:00 PM in the chapel of Greg Hancock Funeral Chapel with Pastor Glenn Jarrett officiating. Burial will follow at DeSoto City Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday, May 16, 2012, from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at Greg Hancock Funeral Chapel and at other times the family residence, 105-B Pryor Cobb Rd., Cobb. Pall bearers include Rocky Hancock, Dusty Hancock, Michael Arnold and Frankie Arnold. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the family to offset expenses and mail to 105-B Pryor Cobb Rd., Cobb, GA 31735.
Survivors include his parents, Lorne and Cathy Riffle of Cobb; Maternal grandparents, Brenda and Daniel “Leon” Arnold of Cobb; Paternal grandparents, Roberta and Roger Riffle of Johnstown, PA; Adopted grandparents, Carolyn and Rocky Hancock, Sr. of Moultrie and great-great aunt and uncle, Patricia and Richard Bopp of Cobb.
